The worst part of the year is the holiday season. I like the holidays, but the holidays are always at my house so that means me and my mom are the only ones that clean up after everyone is gone. The only holiday I enjoy is Christmas because I get gifts, also the meaning of it. But any other holiday is just another day where people you don't even know come in your house and trash it. I don't eat turkey I think its gross, and I really don't see why people make a big deal about it. I just really hope I don't have homework over break or I will be so mad.

So over the weekend I went to Downtown Chicago, we went shopping on Michigan Ave. sadly I did not buy anything from there. We went to the Water Tower and another mall we went to that was eight stories high. But then on Sunday we went on State St. and I bought an Ed Hardy belt from Macy's one for me and one for my sister, then we bought a couple of Hard Rock t-shirts. The view from our room was so pretty, we had a view of the Trump Tower and The Sears tower because we were on he 37th floor. At night all of the buildings looked so pretty at night because they were all lit up. We drove for NINE hours back and forth, the drive sucked, I also forgot to bring movies and we brought my uncles car, and he has grandkids so we had to watch Elf and Shark Tale the whole time. Fun, right?

HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!!

So I am going to a Halloween/birthday party for my brother-in-laws sister, their parties are usually fun because all of my cousins get to be there.  People really get into the whole dressing up thing, I have seen a keg, a pimp, and my cousin came as a big present that said "to women from God.  I am going as a devil, it fits my personality the best :) My sister is going to do my make-up, we went to the MAC counter at Macy's and bought the perfect black and red eyeshadow.  Ill tell you how it goes! Emmy Fashion

Hey, its Lauren. I loved watching the Emmy red carpet, especially the Fashion Police. There were some dresses that I LOVED, but also some were i thought, "Do you own a mirror?" My favorite dress was warn by Tina Fey. ---------->

My other favorites included, Heidi Klum, Kyra Sedgwick, and Lauren Conrad.
The worst Emmy fashions, in my opinion, were warn by Eva Longoria, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Vanessa Williams.
